CINDI ATTORNEYS is a firm of attorneys whose main area of practice is in commercial law, commercial litigation, property law, insolvency law, labour law, municipal law and banking law.

The goal is to establish and develop our firm into one of the leading commercial and corporate law Firms in South Africa, through, inter alia, applying expert knowledge to each matter in order to provide client with sound business solutions. We make use of technology and innovative systems in creating workable solutions in various legal fields.

He has experience in a wide range of commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods. He has particular expertise in all matters legal Corporate Law.

Non executive - Directors

George Thabo Mokoena

Thabo George Mokoena obtained his law degree from the University of Fort Hare (B Juris and LLB). He is currently studying towards the LLM (Commercial) degree with Unisa;

He attended the practical legal school and completed his articles at the Germiston Justice Centre. He attended a course on International Environmental Law, Health Law and National Constitutions and European Integration at Amsterdam University in Holland at the Netherlands;

Ephraim Molateng Malapena

Ephraim Molateng Malapane was awarded a B. Proc. in 1997. He then proceeded to serve his articles in 2000 with Aminah Rahman Attorneys in Johannesburg thereat specializing in MVA and General Civil Litigation.

In 2001 he ceded his articles with the office of Public Defender in Johannesburg wherein he gained valuable knowledge of criminal litigation.

Reginald Kgomotso Moletsane

Reginald Kgomotso Moletsane was awarded a B. Proc. degree by the University of Durban – Westville in 1997. Between 1998 and 2001 he served his articles at the law firm, Leon J.J. van Rensburg Attorneys. He attended school for practical legal training in 1998 at Johannesburg.

Kgomotso was admitted as attorney of the High Court of South Africa in January 2001. In April 2001 he commenced to work at Ranko Attorneys as a professional assistant. He headed Civil and Labour litigation at the said firm.
